Sales Account Manager, Full Time

Job Overview

As a Sales Account Manager at THX Ltd, you will be responsible for leading the development and growth strategy of an assigned portfolio of customer accounts. Your primary focus will be building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure THX meets and exceeds their expectations. This role requires exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a target-driven mindset.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a portfolio of THX accounts and proactively growing them to achieve sales, performance and customer service targets.
  • Developing and maintain positive relationship with customers.
  • Resolving conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring the CRM is updated with customer information and account activity.
  • Assessing and resolving problems ensuring positive outcomes for our customers.
  • Liaising with colleagues in other teams to ensure exceptional service standards.

It is essential that you have the following qualifications or experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience within a sales and/or customer service environment involving longer-term customer relationships
  • Experience of target driven environments and delivering to targets set.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience within a similar/related industry is desirable, but not essential.
