The THX Protect Damage Waiver covers the cost of accidental damage to, or theft of, equipment hired through THX.

Repair to or replacement of plant tools and equipment accidentally damaged or stolen whilst in the possession, custody, or control of the ‘Hirer’ will not be chargeable up to the total value of £10,000 per contract if the damage waiver fee has been formally accepted at the commencement of the contract and paid for in full.

If you do not wish to be covered by the THX Damage Waiver, or the value of equipment hired is more than £10,000, then you must arrange and pay for hired-in plant insurance.
