“In August 2021, my journey with THX began as a driver operative. This role felt familiar to me, as it aligned with my previous experience. Having been accustomed to the daily hustle and bustle of London, handling deliveries under pressure was second nature. As the months went by, I was given the opportunity to be a team leader. This position involved serving as a liaison between the drivers and the transport manager, addressing any issues or queries that arose.
Always open to new challenges, I expressed my interest in exploring the account management side of the business. To gain firsthand experience, I started dedicating one day a week to the account management team, and I must admit, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Then, in July 2023, an exciting opportunity arose for an account manager position.”
